2007 A Fantastic Year for the Parish Sooties

With the full compliment of National Stock Shows now complete, one colour seems to have dominated the shows this year.  The Sooty Fawn.  No less than 5 out of the 8 shows held this year were won by sooties, but the amazing thing about this is that 4 of those 5 belonged to Bill Parish.  He started well by taking Best In Show at the Essex Champ Show, following this up with another Best In Show at the NMLRC biggest event of the year, Stafford - this time with a youngster.  And to round the year off perfectly he collected BiS in both the Adult Stock Show (same rabbit that won BiS at Essex) and BiS in the Young Support Show with this rabbits son.  Quite an achievement in a breed which boasts some very good breeders and some even better rabbits.  CONGRATLUATIONS Bill on such a fantastic year, and best of luck for 2008.
